The Parent Council would like to sponsor prizes for World Book Day (Thursday 3rd March). Pupils are invited to dress as a book character. A prize will be given to the best girl and best boy costume. Loch Tay have been building bird houses with the help of Gordon.
Term 3 is our turn to have Gordon visit us from the allotment. We have made bird feeders and are in the middle of making bird houses.
Loch Tay have been working hard during mental maths time to think of as many facts as they can for different numbers. They are able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and say the numbers before and after.
Thanks to funds raised through Christmas raffles, craft sale and show admissions, we have been able to buy a new portable sound system!
Our ambassadors for St Andrew’s Hospice have organised a Crazy Hair and Pyjama Day for Friday 5th February. Those wishing to take part should pay £1 which will be donated to the hospice.
