A huge well done to all the pupils in Loch Awe who handed in their personal research projects today. The standard was extremely high. Thank you also to all the parents for their input and support. The children enjoyed it so much that they have requested to do another one to be handed in on 17th June.
Loch Awe visited Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on Tuesday 17th May. The children had a brilliant day and a member of the public commented on their fabulous behaviour!
Huge congratulations to Lucy Kearney in P3 who has won the design a cake for the Queen’s 90th Birthday competition 🎂 Selected from 4,500 entries throughout Scotland, by a team of judges from The Royal Yacht Britannia and PoppyScotland, the feedback was that Lucy’s design stood out and would make a beautiful cake. The cake will be baked onboard Britannia in the original royal galleys by a team of Chefs.
