Well done to all our new P1s who settled so well today and to all the other children in P2-7 for being such good role models and welcoming the new pupils to our lovely school today. At assembly today, we learned that we need to have “grit” to improve and to learn. Watch the link and find out about the importance of “grit”.
There is no official lunchtime today and school will close for the holidays at 1pm. It will open for pupils on 17th August at 9am. Hope everyone has a happy, safe and sunny summer.
Would P7 pupils please remember to bring your casual clothes and swimming gear tomorrow. Pupils will return to school at approximately 5pm.

Mrs Forbes and her family are doing a 5k run on 26th June to raise money for SiMBA, which is a stillbirth charity based in Edinburgh. All money raised will be going towards a bereavement suite in Edinburgh as well as the cost of making memory boxes for stillborn babies.
