Christmas dinner will be served on Wednesday 7th December. If you pay for your child’s lunch, please ensure that sufficient money is on your child’s card by Monday 5th December. This will avoid long queues and allow staff to debit the cost in the morning before service. Please note that there will be no tuck shop on Wednesday morning.
Loch Awe class will be showcasing what they have learned about the 1960s on Monday 5th December 2-3pm. Parents and carers of Loch Awe pupils are most welcome to come along.
The whole school will be visiting the Townhouse in Hamilton to see Cinderella on Tuesday 6th December. Please ensure pupils are in school on time as we will be leaving as soon as the bus arrives. Pupils who would like a school lunch should order a packed lunch in the morning and this will be eaten on return (around 1pm). No one should arrange to go home for lunch on
Thank you very much to everyone who supported our charity event. Pupils looked amazing in their spotty clothes and enjoyed the Pudsey activities and guessing the number of spots on the cake. Brooke in P5 was our winner, taking home the spotty cake donated by Lorna Paterson. The school have raised £152.70 for Children In Need.
LKA Tigers are using the school premises to run an introductory/taster club on Fridays after school. This club is open to all pupils in P1-7 and will cost £20 for the four week course which will run until 16th December. For those who wish to continue, the long-term classes are held in Airdrie Leisure Centre. For more information, please see the enrolment form, accessed through the link below. Paper forms
Christmas cards have been delivered earlier than anticipated. All those which have been paid for will be issued next week. Others can be issued on receipt of payment.
First of all, thanks for the enormous effort you have gone to with regard to creating spotty outfits for Children in Need Day. Watch out for photographs to be uploaded soon.
