Our brand new playground benches arrived today. We are absolutely delighted with them. The children will be able to use the benches once they have been positioned and secured to the ground.

The children are really looking forward to enjoying their packed lunches in the sunshine (hopefully we’ll have some before June!) and are excited about the prospect of having ‘an outdoor classroom’ where they can work and learn.

The purchase of benches would not have been possible without the kind donation of £500 from the Parent Council and the free labour/delivery organised by Jim Dowd and Mick Buck of HMS Barlinnie Prison. Special thanks to all of them.
