We have just finished a VERY busy week! Our infant department put on a fantastic nativity show on Tuesday and Wednesday – A King is Born. The children, as always, were stars and I’d like to thank the infant department and support staff once more for the massive amount of work involved in this. On Thursday we had a lovely Christmas lunch – huge thanks to our lovely dinner ladies and all staff who helped ensure it went smoothly. Friday saw the first of our Christmas parties, with P6 and P7 starting us off. They all looked fabulous and had a great time.
Looking to our week ahead, on Monday it is the P4 and P5 party in the afternoon. On Tuesday, it is the P2 and P3 party in the afternoon, and the upper school carol concert in the evening. On Wednesday morning, there is a further carol concert by our P4-P7 pupils, and the P1 party in the afternoon. Thursday is our Christmas Movie/Jumper Day, and also our Nursery party day.
We finish on Friday for the holidays at 2.30 pm and our whole school will go to Mass at 10 am to finish off our term. On behalf of all of the team at OLSF we wish you all a very happy, holy and healthy Christmas.
School and nursery reopen on Monday 7th January 2019.
