Our Lady and St. Francis Primary School

Week Ending 15th September 2017

Last week we had a very successful visit involving our Continuous Improvement Officer, where they observed good practice going on throughout the school, and recognised our children as confident, polite, engaged and eloquent.  On Wednesday,we had very positive feedback following our Meet the Teacher evening.  Please hand back in your views on our curriculum rationale as soon as possible if you have still to do so.

Looking to our week ahead, our P1 to P3 children are having a Magic Show in our hall, and the P1 – P3 children from St. Teresa’s Primary School are joining us for this.

On Tuesday, John Wilson the photographer will be in to take photographs of all of our children; full school uniforms for this please, including (blue) shirts and ties.

There is a Welcome Mass for P7 pupils and parents at Taylor High School on Wednesday evening and we are hoping to have a good turnout for this.

Thursday will be our last day at school this week, as it is the September weekend.  School and Nursery are both closed on Friday and Monday and will reopen as normal on Tuesday 26th September.
