Our Lady and St. Francis Primary School

Week Ending 1st September 2017

Our busy week last week ended with a hugely successful coffee morning on Friday where a massive profit of £283.60 was raised. A massive thank you to all who organised, participated and/or contributed to this.  Many thanks also to all of our new parents for coming along and helping on the day – we couldn’t do this without you!

Looking to our week ahead, Motherwell Times will be in on Monday to take photographs of our new Primary 1 pupils.  Our Junior Road Safety Representatives will attend  an Authority run event on Wednesday and a representative from North Lanarkshire will also come to our school on Wednesday to speak with our pupils about available clubs on offer locally.  Father Philip from the Holy Ghost Fathers also wants to speak with our children at assembly on Wednesday to thank them for their contributions so far in helping them with their much needed car park fund.  Wednesday is also the day that Sports Leaders will begin a block of lunch time clubs for some of our pupils.

As always, if you have any comments or suggestions on our school blog, please use the comment link.
