We had a very festive week last week! Practices for our Infant Nativity, Nursery nativities and upper school Carol Concert started in earnest and the children are working really hard to make sure all three performances will be spectacular! Staff have been working exceptionally hard on costumes, props, curtains, wall displays and programmes and I can’t thank each and every one of them enough for their hard-work and team spirit.
We had a visit to our nursery by Care Inspectorate on Thursday and it was a most positive one. We have been upgraded from a ‘good’ to a ‘very good’ under the heading ‘Care and Support’. The other theme they looked at was the environment – we were awarded a ‘good’ under this heading because our outdoor area isn’t finished as yet, however, they were delighted with our indoor environment and said they have no doubt that the outdoor area will be fabulous when it is finished. Well done to our hard-working nursery team!
