What’s happening in nursery!

We have had a busy week this week, Mr. Mowat finished his placement with us and has gone back to university. We wish him luck with the rest of his course. On Monday we had an obstacle course in the gym hall. We have used shaving foam and scented water in the water tray for a sensory experience and we have explored how we can be kind to each other through stories. Mrs Reilly and the children made lava lamps and also made ‘oysters’for snack. Outdoors we have been sorting and matching, used various toys for balancing, played on the bikes and some of the children went to the library.

Our Deep Sea World visit is booked for Wednesday 7th October, the cost is £8. This can be paid up over next two weeks.

Next week Mrs Reilly won’t be with us, however she will be back the following week. Remember it is the September Weekend next week and the nursery will be closed on Friday 25th and Monday 28th September.

We are hoping to arrange a Bookbug session for the morning children after the October Week.

Have a good weekend!
