Only staff can reset pupil passwords.
If you still can’t log in to Glow, or if your account gets frozen, contact a member of staff at school and we’ll check your username and reset your password.
As soon as you log in with this temporary password, you’ll be asked to create a new password that only you know.
The change password page has three sections.
- Current password – the temporary one the school has given you
- New password – one you make up yourself
- Confirm – type in your new password again
Be careful with your typing. It’s very easy to make a mistake and not notice.

Sometimes you will enter your new password and get an error message. Weirdly this is often a good sign and your new password has worked.
If this happens, close the window and try logging in again. Everything should work this time.
