The boys and girls in Primary 4-7 will be going to Edinburgh Zoo for their  summer trip this year. Please find attached on the link below a copy of the letter which was issued to the children earlier this week. As we will be returning to school for a 4pm dismissal, could all parents please complete and return the safe home slip.

P4-7  Trip Letter

Primary 2 have been busy organising their work and practising their lines for The Showcase of Learning.

P1/2 went on a trip to Colzium House on Tuesday 9th May.  They went on a nature trail where they learned all about plants and flowers.  They gathered their own flowers from the ground then they made their own flower craft.  They also had lots of fun in the adverture playground!”

“P1/2 are learning all about money this term and have been enjoying playing the money matching game to help them recognise the coins.”

Primary 7 have loved learning about extreme weather and natural disasters in Japan as part of their topic. They worked in groups to create a model volcano using papier cache. They then used a mixture of baking power, red food colouring and white vinegar to produce a chemical reaction of a lava eruption.

Primary 7 enjoy an energetic start to the day. They love showing off their Zumba moves to get them set for the day ahead.

Primary 7 have been working hard on their gymnastics skills in P.E. They have been learning about improving their core muscles and how this impacts on their gymnastic ability.
