Our new Snapshot Jotter initiative will begin next week. This will be an opportunity for parents to have a look at some of the work which the children have been completing in class. Parents should complete the Pupil and Parent evaluations at the back of the jotters before returning them to school. Jotters will be in school bags on Monday 5th November and must be returned to school by Friday 9th November.

Old Monkland Community Workshop

The school hosted a Community Open night for our parents and families in the local community. At the event, there were various stalls from local partners including Police Scotland and the Fire Service. The event was very informative for our parents to learn about services available in the local area.

Target 21 Reward Day

The boys and girls had lots of fun celebrating their success throughout the year at our Target 21 Reward Day. The Gold, Silver and Bronze reward pupils took part in lots of different activities throughout the school day and each class had a visit from ‘Zoolab’ who brought lots of different creatures and animals for the children to hold and learn about.
