Hi All ,

We have made it to the end of term and wanted to thank all of our children and families for such fantastic support throughout school closure. It has been difficult not to be able to share exact plans for return as yet, but as you’ll all be aware information is changing so often at present.

For now , we have posted out letters to all Nursery and School Families with Individual  Return To School Arrangements for each child , under the current guidelines . If this should change information will be available on NLC Website and we will of course keep you updated on Old Monkland arrangements on this website and through our App.

We will be in touch with our all of our new P.1 parents by telephone call, prior to children’s first day , to confirm arrangements for their first big day at Primary !

We thoroughly appreciated our families bringing our P.7s  up to see us yesterday and we hope our Graduates were pleased with their Leavers Goodie Bags. It looks like all pupils and families are  happy to have a celebration when restrictions are lifted , so as soon as we can we will be in touch to arrange this. For now we wish all of our P.7 class every best wish for the future , we are so proud of you all and it has been an honour to be part of your journey to Secondary School .

For all families, our Glow Teams will close tonight to enable us to reorganise Teams into new class structures for August. Thank you for all your contributions and making us smile from home with photos, examples of work , stories and comments. You really are a fantastic community and we look forward to getting back into our Old Monkland Partnerships again as soon as we possibly can.
