Coronavirus Update 18.3.20
As you are aware, all schools and nurseries will close at the end of the day on Friday 20th March. We remain open tomorrow and on Friday. The arrangements outlined in this morning’s newsletter will continue to be in place. Parents and carers should also be aware that due to delivery issues and lack of catering staff, the lunch menu tomorrow will be restricted to pizza or sandwiches.
Parents should also be aware that playground supervision before school is minimal.
Pupils have been issued with a jotter to use for the completion of home learning activities. A home learning advice sheet has also been issued for each stage and added to this blog (see below). Your child should have their logins for various sites. We will shortly be adding a list of suggested activities for nursery children.
Parents or carers who cannot access digital learning at home can collect a paper pack of learning activities from the school office.
We expect to hear more detail about the school closures over the coming days and will keep you updated via this blog.
