A different focus for topic time today. As part of Waste Week, I’d like you to think about food waste & where exactly our rubbish goes.

3. Food Waste Diary – do you think you and your family could keep a food waste diary? Try making use of the BBC Good Food website to search for recipes that would make use of ingredients nearing their use by date.

We’ve almost come to the end of our class focus on mindfulness. Have a go at the activities suggested in the link below & see if you can decide on strategies which you feel are particularly good. I’d love to know how you get on.
