Breakfast Club

Holytown Primary operates a Breakfast Club from 8.15am every day. It is supervised in the Junior Open Area by Mrs McLaughlin. The catering staff provide a breakfast costing 20p, which includes a choice of cereal, 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a drink of orange juice or milk. Music is played and activities are provided to encourage gentle exercise, teamwork and fun. Children should access the breakfast club through the main office door no earlier than 8.15am.

Healthy Tuck Shop

Our Healthy Tuck Shop serves toast, fresh fruit, home baking, water and a variety of fruit juices. This is served during morning break from 10.40-10.55am every day. Children collect their cards and line up at the serving hatch in the Junior Open Area if they wish to buy a healthy snack.

School Lunches

Pupils in P1-3 are entitled to Free School Meals, click here for a copy of the most recent menu.  The menu is changed on a 3 week rotational cycle.  Within Holytown Primary School, we operate a cashless cafeteria, pupils can “charge” their card using the machine in the Junior Open Area or parents can use the online system.  Information regarding the online payment system is available from the school office.
