A huge thank you to all our families, friends and pupils who came along today to clear paths, pavements and playground for our children to come along safely tomorrow. From the parents who organised it to the parents who dug to the parent who came along today in his digger- thank you😊
We should reopen at our usual time tomorrow morning at 9 am. Please bring children along from 8.45 am through the main entrance. We will dismiss from the normal gates at hometime.
Please take care parking – our children’s safety comes first.
Please be advised that the lunch menu may be slightly different over the next couple of days until supplies come in.

A reminder that the main school gates must be kept clear at all times as there must be a clear access for emergencies.

All North Lanarkshire school and nurseries will remain closed tomorrow (2.3.18). We will update as soon as we have more information. Please continue to share with neighbours and friends that may not be following us on twitter.
School Closure
Due to severe weather warnings, all schools and nurseries in North Lanarkshire will be closed tomorrow (Thursday 1st March).
We are really disappointed to be closed as we had some wonderful things happening this week. We will rearrange all World Book Day activities once we are safely back at school.

P5 Personal Projects
The children had to choose a topic that they wanted to learn about and the response was fantastic! Topics ranged from Harry Potter to Alcatraz. Well done to you all!
P5/6 The Last Wolf of Scotland?
Today we learned about a controversial issue: “Should wolves be reintroduced into the Scottish Highlands?” We researched both sides of the argument and created our own pieces of persuasive writing on the subject. We also published our writing using the class iPads. What do you think about bringing wolves back to Scotland?
