Our PM ladybird and some caterpillar children had great fun learning about spiders during our visit to the forest. We were learning to create spider webs from twigs and rope. Great fun was had building our shelter.

Our forest school children are amazing, so caring towards other living things. They are nature detectives, learning all the time.
I so enjoyed joining you on your outing. I loved seeing the tree snails and making the spiders webs. The children were all very good nature detectives. Hopefully I’ll be able to come and have fun with you again before the summer holidays.
One of the nursery children was holding the biggest worm ever. When I was a child we called them blood suckers, and she wasn’t even scared of it! Mrs Inglis, you are welcome to come to our forest school anytime and help with our learning and have lots of fun with our nursery. Thank you for being a super nature detective.
