Rural Skills – Skills for Work (National 4)

2 Year Programme:

4^th Year – 2x ½ day (6hrs)

5^th Year – 1x ½ day (3hrs)

1 ½ days required for course

• Crop Production
• Soft Landscaping
• Estate MaintenanceClassroom Based:
•  Land Based Industries
• Employability Skills

6^th Year Programme:

Progress from assisting Lecturer in National 4 to putting into a Practical setting. For relevant pupils a work experience in 6^th year is the best option.   We are looking to enable the pupils to deliver the skills learned and therefore become employable.
