Aims of the Department:
provide pupils with the opportunity to practise and develop existing language skills within a meaningful, practical and enjoyable context
compare aspects of their own community and culture with another
show an understanding of simple words and phrases in the modern language
use simple words and phrases in the modern language
read or listen to simple words and phrases in the modern language
provide enjoyable opportunities for progression and raising achievement in Modern Languages, to enable students to reach their potential.
