Today we worked with partners from our reading groups. We had sheets that had two stars and a wish. We had to choose a section of the book to read and then we read to our partners. Our partners then commented on our two stars and a wish sheet about our reading. The two stars means something they did well and the wish was something they could do better.
Lewis – Peer reading helps us to focus on pronouncing our words correctly.
Angus R- Peer reading helps you to get more fluent in reading.
Angus M – Peer reading helps us to improve our reading skills.
Jordan – It helps you to know what other readers are like and it helps you to listen carefully.
Kali – It helps you to read loudly and clearly.
Lorna – It helps you because your wish tells you what you need to work on.
This sounds very interesting P5! I hope you were all able to come up with two stars and a wish for your partner. Keep up the great work!
