We have been learning about line dancing and Bollywood dancing in P.E. We have been working on our hand movements. There is the lotus flower and the peacock. If your hands go above your head your wrists have to face the sky/heaven.
In taught writing we have been making instructions for a fairy tale character. It was because you got to choose your own. You have to include bossy language and steps in order.
The 19th February was Chinese New Year. We have been learning about this in class. We made poems, lanterns and did a lot of research. This year is the year of the horned animal. There is an argument whether it is the year of the goat, ram or sheep. In class we learned about the goat.
In maths we have been learning about time. We have been trying to work out time problems. We have been trying to get faster at out times tables using speedy tables and Big Maths.
