For our last Scottish Book Award Book we read Princess Penelope and the Runaway Kitten. The book was about a kitten who ran away. There was pink wool tangled around the kitten’s tummy and it ended up all through the palace.
Andrew – I liked the part of the story when the kitten wrapped the wool around the guard.
Erin – I liked the bit when the kitten was running about the plants.
Rhys – We made a book with pictures and sentences.
