In Gym we have been doing gymnastics. We have been using our bodies to make up different moves.
Here we are learning the bridge. It can also be called the crab. You lie down, you put your hands above you head, bend your legs and be careful of your head and neck!
We were doing rolly pollies or they can be called forward rolls. You had to tuck your body and not land on your head.
Here we are doing pencil rolls. You have to put your arms in a point above your head and roll over and over and over until you get to the end of the mat!
We learned how to stay safe.
