Support for Learning would like to say a massive thank you to the 33 senior pupils who have volunteered to Peer Tutor. This involves them supporting younger pupils across many subject areas, who are finding the work challenging. They assist the pupils in many ways including; helping them to organise their resources, keep up with the classwork, reading text, recording answers and much more. They are very much appreciated by not only the Support for Learning department and the classroom teacher but more importantly the younger pupils concerned.

Peer Tutoring runs annually and each pupil is awarded the ‘Diana Award of Excellence’ for their volunteering and commitment to the programme.
