Chaplaincy Assemblies will be held on Wednesday 17th April for pupils in S1-S3.
We welcome our P6 K’Nex finalists on Thursday 18th April.
Coatbridge High School is closed on Friday 19th April (Good Friday) and Monday 22nd April (Easter Monday).
On Wednesday 24th April we say a fond farewell to our S6 pupils and have organised a leavers event for them from 9am-11am on that day.
The SQA exams begin on Thursday 25th April and we would like to take this opportunity to wish all pupils sitting exams the very best during the exam period.
EASTER SCHOOL
Parents and Senior Phase Students are reminded that Easter School will take place on Tues 2nd April, Wednesday 3rd Apr and Thurs 4th April.
Classes run from 10am until 12, there is brief lunchbreak at 12 to 12.30 and classes again from 12.30 until 2.30. Pupils should provide their own lunch.

Special SQA Assemblies will take place on Tuesday 26th March to go over procedures during the SQA Exams.
Our Fourth Careers Fayre is taking place on Wednesday 13th March.

Our S2 Curriculum Evening takes place on Tuesday 19th February at 4pm.
Come along to find out about the Options process which S2 pupils will shortly be starting and to speak to subject departments about the courses they offer for pupils moving into S3.
During the week 25th February-1st March, Coatbridge High School will be focusing on positive mental health.
Pupils will get the chance to take part in various activities such as yoga, mindfulness and resilience workshops.
The NHS mental health team will also be coming in to speak to all of our pupils to offer ways in which to address mental health issues and also exam preparation.
Safer Internet Day takes place on Tuesday 5th February. The attached powerpoint has been showing in the canteen to raise awareness among pupils and staff. Next week S1 and S2 classes will be learning more about this in their ICT classes.
Our Senior Phase Information Evening takes place on Thursday 17 January at 7pm for parents and carers of pupils in S3, S4 and S5 to hear about the progression pathways process for next session.
There will also be a presentation about Foundation Apprenticeships and a chance to speak to a representative from New College Lanarkshire as well as our SDS Careers Adviser, Angie Reilly.
