Curriculum Structure
Broad General Education (S1–S3)
During S1 to S3, pupils experience a wide range of curricular areas to build strong foundations for future learning. Core learning includes:
- English, Maths, Science, Modern Languages, Home Economics, Art, Technical, Social Studies, IT, PE, Music, Drama and RE.
- Interdisciplinary learning and skills development
- Opportunities for wider achievement and enrichment
Senior Phase (S4–S6)
In the Senior Phase, pupils personalise their learning through a variety of qualification pathways. This includes:
- National 3, National 4, National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher courses
- Vocational and college-based programmes
- Work-based learning and Developing the Young Workforce opportunities
- Leadership, volunteering, and wider achievement programmes
