PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT FORM
From time to time, we may wish to use photographs or video recordings of your child to recognise achievement, to display good work, or to enhance the school environment.
We require your consent for this.
We will assume all parent/carers give consent unless you opt out by completing the following form. Click here
PARENT GIVING THEIR FULL CONSENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS TO BE USED ON THE VARIOUS CVHS PLATFORMS DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THE FORM AND SHOULD TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION.
