We made milky fruit smoothies today in class for our Focus on Food slot. Everyone had the opportunity to cut fruits using their hand as a bridge or claw and using the sawing motion to make the melon, raspberries, banana and strawberries into bite size pieces. Miss Bryce brought in her special smoothie maker. We added milk and strawberry yogurt and switched the mixture on. 2 minutes later, we had a lovely, healthy breakfast smoothie.
