We had a great time at the allotment. Mrs Raeburn helped us to plant sweet peas in flower pots. We packed in the soil, put in the seeds and watered them. They are now staying in the poly tunnel to give them the best start as they will be delicate for a while and we don’t want the Chapelhall winds to ruin them before they’re strong enough. Thank you, Mrs Raeburn and the men and women of the Allotment Association who welcomed us there.
