School Improvement Plan
Annual Improvement Plan Summary 25-26
Our School Improvement Plan is established to address the development needs of our students as we strive to improve the services provided to them. This process is overseen by a School Improvement Planning Group, which comprises of a representative group of staff. Currently this is:
- Head teacher
- Depute Heads
- 3 Principal Teachers
- 2 Classroom Teachers
- 1 non-teaching staff member
The plan is shared with all staff and the parent council before being passed to the local authority for approval.
The Improvement priorities for this year, 2024 – 2025 are:
1. Reduce pupil absence.
2. Improve Learning, Teaching and Assessment
3. Improve attainment
