On Tuesday 24th of February we were very excited to welcome P6 pupils from across the cluster to our Cluster Challenge as part of Glasgow Science Festival’s Creating Engineers Competition.
The pupils were representing their primary schools, with the winners of our challenge progressing onto a regional Lanarkshire round.
Pupils were tasked with creating a new piece of playground equipment using K’Nex, ensuring it was safe, could move, and (most importantly) was fun!
All of our teams did a fantastic job, and our guest judges of Mrs Brown and Mr Lewis found it very hard to pick their favourite!
Our winners were pupils from St Teresa’s Primary, with runners up from Our Lady & St Francis.

Well done again to all our teams and thank you to our S2 helpers!
