HIGHER REVISION: UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT OF MARKETING & OPERATIONS

Prior to the Christmas / New Year holidays we made good progress with the Higher Business Management course completing both the ‘Understanding Business’ and ‘Management of Marketing & Operations’ units. The plan for January ‘Lock-down’ will remain the same as intended and will involve preparation and revision for both the ‘MOMO’ end of unit assessment (topic test) and ‘HBM prelim’ – both of which will need to be rescheduled for when it is safe to return to the classroom environment.
Week 1 Task to be submitted by Tuesday 19th January
- Complete the 2019 Higher Business Management Past Paper Exam – only attempt questions that relate to the Understanding Business and Marketing & Operations units of the course. Available via MS Teams –> General –> Files –> Class Materials –> Past Papers or via the SQA website. Submit your responses to myself as explained in the previous post.
- Section 1: NHS Case Study – attempt Q’s 1a i ; 1a ii ; 1b ; 1c ; 1d i ; 1d ii ; 1h (mainly UB Q’s)
- Section 2: attempt Q’s 2a 2c 2d (Operations); Q’s 3a 3b 3c (Marketing) & Q’s 5a 5b 5c 5d (UB)
