Maths Week in Primary 3
The whole school has focused on learning in maths this week. In Primary 3 our focus was problem solving and active maths. Children enjoyed working in trios to solve a puzzle and explain their solution to the class. We had an active maths activities including:
- Making 3 digit numbers out of play-doh.
- Making 3 digit numbers on place value boards.
- Playing number before and number after on snakes and ladders.
We even had a bonfire night themed problem solving homework. Here are some photos of us all engaging in our maths.
