How to Apply
Applications can be completed and handed directly to the first choice setting along with the necessary supporting paperwork

Parents/carers may wish to email the application form directly to the first-choice setting, supporting paperwork can be sent as a photo attachment for those that don’t have access to a scanning facility.

Please ensure three choices are provided.

Paper applications can still be accepted where parents/carers do not have access to IT.

Parents/carers unable to provide their current council tax bill can register with the Council Tax portal and obtain a copy at https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/council-tax/view-and-manage-your-council-tax-account-online

Please ensure that a copy of the birth certificate is provided for UK Nationals and a Passport/Identity Card for non UK Nationals.
