Last Wednesday some of our parents, along with their children, attended the first session of Focus on Healthy Cooking.
Everyone agreed the Spicy Tomato Soup and Focaccia bread were delicious,
easy to make and very affordable.
A big thank you to everyone who has helped to organise
and support this venture:
Emma Deans – CLD Senior practitioner,
Dorothy Ann Ardrey – NLC Can Cook Training Practitioner,
Mrs McAdam and Miss Burns – staff from St Ignatius.
Also a special thanks to our Pope Francis Faith Award Pupils who provided a creche along with Mrs Pearson for the younger brothers and sisters of the children taking part in the cooking.
