We welcome our BA Primary Year 2 students this week – Miss Ireland, Miss Steele and Miss Boyes. They will now be in school for 3 days a week up to the Easter Holidays. We look forward to working with them over the next few weeks.
Confirmation tomorrow night at 7.00pm. Please keep our P6 and P7 pupils in your prayers.
The Brunch Club is now into its second week. There are still some places available if you would like to join us. It takes place on Tuesday at 9.30am until 11.00am. This is a good opportunity for you to spend time cooking with your child and also taking part in some exercise classes. If you are interested please ask at the office.
Lenten Activities for Friday will be PJ/Crazy Hair Day. As it is World Book Day, children can come along dressed as a character from a book as well. Children will also be treated to a cinema afternoon after Stations of the Cross. Again we ask for £1 per family donations for our chosen charities. Last week’s treasure hunt proved to be a great success and we thank the captains and vice captains for organising this.
Primary 6/7 will lead the assembly this week. The theme will be World Book Day. Parents/Carers are more than welcome to come along for this at 11.00am.
The football festival will take place at Ravencraig Sports Centre at 12.30pm.
Sunday mass at 10.00am will be the first preparation mass for First Reconciliation children. Could we ask that all children preparing for this sacrament attend with parents/carers. Please note they do not need to wear school uniform.
