The children in P6/7 have been looking at materials in Science this term focussing on properties and uses of substances. The children looked at various methods of separating simple mixtures and relating the findings to everyday experience. They followed on from this and found out about our wonderful world, exploring the substances that make up the Earths surface and comparing some of their characteristics and uses.
