P7 CNHS Transition ** IMPORTANT **

Good Morning P7!

I know some of you will be starting to think ahead to high school and maybe wondering or even worrying about how your transition will go due to the current situation we find ourselves in. This is perfectly natural and normal to be feeling this way and I want to reassure you that we are working really hard alongside staff from CNHS to make sure that you have all the information you need to feel confident and ready for starting high school.

Mrs Morrison has sent a transition booklet for you to work through, it challenges you to find out lots of information about Cardinal Newman High School and you can choose to work through the booklet at your own pace or use it as a prompt to ask questions when we get together virtually for a transition chat soon on Microsoft Teams.

I have attached the booklet below, you can download it by clicking the link.

I have also linked the Cardinal Newman High School website, Twitter page and School Handbook – all of which are great sources of information!

Finally, can you please complete the ‘Friendship Form’ linked below choosing 3 people whom you would like to share a class with. The form is sent directly to Cardinal Newman so please make sure you take this opportunity to make your preferences known.

As always, please do get in touch if you need anything, I am here to help!

Enjoy the rest of your day P7,

Stay safe and keep smiling…

Mrs H 🙂
