This month we’ve been finding out about autumn and technology.
The beebot is a programmable robot. We have to direct it using arrows.
This is Germglo. We put it on our hands and could see pretend germs using the uv light. Then we washed our hands to see how well we’ve been washing them!
This yellow group girl learned to ride a bike with no stabilisers – what a great achievement!
….and here is one of our new children practising using a scooter.
Making playdough and playing with it!
We used microphones to record ourselves.
Different painting techniques
We looked at Van Gogh’s Starry night painting
A visit from the Road Safety officer. Look at the reflective materials on the lollipop stick and jacket. That means you can be seen in the dark if car lights shine on you.
Using scissors is tricky work – look how hard we are concentrating!
We added food colouring to cooked spaghetti…messy but fun. Lots of handwashing needed afterwards!
Telling the story of The Three Billy Goats Gruff using puppets.
We love it when children bring in their achievements from home. These trophies are nearly as tall as she is!
