Glow Blogs now support the embedding of scratch, just paste in the URL to a project.
Here is a gif showing how I added this. It is so quick you don’t see the URL I paste in.
Scratch is becoming more popular in Scottish classrooms all the time, now glow users can display their projects on their blogs.
Today Ipad setup at Morningside.
The same very small (375kb) video uploaded directly to a blog and to a sway.
Will this work?
Yup, what I did was make a Sway, it only has a Title Card and a Video Card. I uploaded a mpg4 to the video card of around 100mb.
I made the sway public.
I pasted the url of the sway into the blog editor on a line by itself.
This is a bit of a kludge but it allows you to post video of over 50mb and embed it in a Glow Blog. It could be useful if you do not have access to a public video repository.
in my first try it looks like, in this browser (Safari, mac) the video is playing using Flash.

You need to have activated Jetpack plugin and shortcode module if you are pasting in iframe embed code.
If you do not want related videos shown at the end of your video, you add ?rel=0 after the url before pasting it in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2wrYBPLsxg?rel=0
You can see the url I pasted in as an example as it is not on a line by itself. The video was added by pasting the url with ?rel=0 on a line by itself.
