In Primary 4 we have been learning about Weather and Climate, what they mean, the differences between them – and how we can explore the meanings behind each.
We created our own forecasts and filmed them on the iPads. We have researched independently what Weather and Climate mean, and their differences. Every day we log the weather and display it. We have been learning that climates have very different conditions from Antarctica to Africa. In our Cooperative groups we worked together to create presentations on different climates. The 5 climates are Arid, Arctic, Temperate, Tropical and Mediterranean.
Below are some of our pictures from our wonderful weather forecasts:
Your forecasts sounded great! (My class were quietly listening to you when you were in the corridor!) I wonder, which climate zone is Scotland in?
