Vocation Awareness Week begins on 14th September. Vocations Sunday 2014 Priests for Scotland is launching a new vocations campaign centred on the icon of Christ below.

The icon itself is made up of the faces of priests from throughout Scotland. Please pray for our priests. RE lessons over the next week will focus upon vocations and praying for our Priests.

If you yourself are considering becoming a diocesan priest the icon may remind you that that the Lord chooses ordinary men to form an extraordinary role. Together we pray that you may hear the Lord’s call to serve with courage and with love
