Pupil Committees

Our school committees play an important role in promoting pupil leadership and ensuring children’s voices are heard. Through their work, pupils help shape decisions, share ideas and take responsibility for making our school the best it can be. Their contributions have a positive impact on our school community, strengthening our ethos and reflecting our shared values of teamwork, effort and kindness.

At Woodlands Primary School, our committees play a key role in pupil leadership and ensuring every voice matters. We currently have Sports, JRSO, Eco, Fundraising, Playground, Reading for Enjoyment, Dyslexia, Digital and Rights Respecting Schools committees, as well as our House Captains – all working together to help make our school a great place to be. Through their commitment and teamwork, pupils make a real difference to school life, supporting our ethos, promoting our values and helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive environment for everyone.
