Welcome to our Primary 3/4 class!

Our teachers are Mrs Campbell and Mr Morton, we have 18 pupils in our class, 11 Primary 3s and 7 Primary 4s.

We love learning and we are encouraged to do our best in all areas.

Our PE days are Mondays and Tuesdays, this term we are taking part in Active Play Outdoors on a Monday and should wear PE kit and suitable outdoor clothing. We have also moved onto Athletics, where we are developed our stamina and fitness.

We have the opportunity to explore our learning in different ways, through Active Learning including games and use of ICT as well as more formal texts.

In Numeracy we are working on division and using our tables facts, before we move onto Fractions. We are also learning about different Number systems eg. Roman Numerals.

In Literacy we are learning about identifying the key words in a question and using this to help us find information in non-fiction texts. We are also developing our fluency and expression when we read aloud. In writing, we are learning about the features of different types of letters and using these when we write letters of our own.
