Our current transition programme is designed to help your child feel confident, secure, and ready for the next stage in their learning journey. But just as importantly, we believe that supporting families is a key part of a successful transition. That’s why we’re committed to involving you throughout the process—listening to your thoughts, answering your questions, and working together to make this a positive experience for everyone.
