Journalism explores the techniques, ethics and practices of gathering, writing, editing and producing news for print, broadcast and digital platforms. It provides comprehensive training in storytelling, media law, investigative techniques, and digital production to prepare students for careers in newsrooms and media-related fields.

Literacy is the foundational ability to read, write, speak and listen effectively, allowing individuals to communicate, understand the world and express ideas. It is a critical subject that underpins all areas of learning and is essential for functioning in education, work, and society.

Media Studies is an academic and practical subject that explores the dynamic relationship between media and society, combining crytical analysis of communication, culture and technology with creative production. Students analyse how media (TV, film, social media, advertising) shapes perceptions, while also creating their own content.
