Thank you to Rock Academy and SFEAR for allowing us to visit and have some training with them. Rock Academy staff taught the girls how to do ballet and Hip Hop while the boys learnt combat dance and Hip Hop. We all had a great time and look forward to trying some sessions for free. Later that day we headed back across Lossie to SFEAR where we met Mrs Fletcher and her team. They taught us some of the exercises for kick boxing and we learnt the importance of respect for the mats and for the staff. Thank you to everyone for giving up their time and letting us try out this sport. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
