In Drama we aim to encourage young people to develop their creative talent and artistic skills. By exploring a range of global, local and personal issues, pupils will learn how to express their feelings, ideas and emotions through verbal and non-verbal means. Students will have the opportunity to experiment with how theatre arts can enhance performances and affect the emotional response of audiences. Through the drama process students will develop skills that will be relevant for life and the world of work. The skills that will be developed include working with others, working under pressure, working to deadlines, problem solving and communicating effectively.
